Bonded five-ply construction sandwiches the thick copper core (visible in the "cutaway" exterior) between two layers of aluminum and the interior and exterior of nonreactive, stick-resistant stainless steel. Cast stainless steel handles are secured with noncorrosive stainless steel rivets. Rolled rim reduces dripping when contents are transferred. Oven safe to 500 F.
