FREE SHIPPING - The Arva ADvanced avalanche beacon offers a simple to understand digital read-out that is ideal for the beginner to expert. The switch on/off mode works by inserting the end of strap into the transceiver. It shows the distance and direction to the buried victim's transceiver. The ADvanced also has an Analog mode for the experienced user that can be combined with earphones and manual adjustment of the sensitivity by means of the + and - buttons. Perfect for the first time user or seasoned professional. It's dual antenna gives a distance of 40 meters in digital and 60 meters in analog. The Arva ADvanced has two operating modes, Standard that automatically locks on to the closest victims and Advanced in which you can adjust the sensitivity by using the plus and minus arrow keys in which you would use for multiple victims buried. To power the Arva ADvanced just simply add 4 x AAA batteries, do not use rechargble batterices as this will effect the auto anomaly system.
