What your membership allows
Browse our library of DVDs/games and add your choice of movies/games to your queue.
You will have access to the most popular titles on the most current game systems and DVDs from major Hollywood studios.
How to Queue your games and/or DVD titles
When you find the DVD and/or game you want, simply click on the Rent or tab next to the title and that title will appear in your queue. Titles will be sent to you automatically after you do this.
Even if a game or DVD title is out of stock
The first available DVD and /or game in our library that is in your queue will be mailed to you.
If you selected a title that is available, but out of stock in our inventory, it will be ordered from our distributor and shipped upon receipt into our inventory. Some titles will take longer than other titles to be received and may cause a delay in your receiving the title.
When can you start receiving games and/or DVD titles?
If your request is in stock, your selections will be mailed the following day (unless the next day is Saturday, Sunday or a holiday).
Returning games
Simply place the title in the protective Disc sleeve and put the sleeve inside the postage-paid return envelope.
When we receive the DVD/game in the mail, we will send out your next available selection.
