Shipping in the US starts at $2.99 for the first item + $1.25 for each additional by economy mail, and usually takes 1-3 weeks in continental US. Faster option is USPS Priority Mail, which costs $4.99 for first book + $2.25 each additional and takes 4-7 days.
International shipping cost depends on country. Usually it's $8 by surface and $11 to $14 by airmail for first item, plus $4 to $6 for each additional. Surface mail usually takes 6-8 weeks (occasionally takes longer because of customs delays). Expedited mail (Airmail or Global Priority) usually arrives within 7 to 10 days.
