FineClicks.com is owned and operated by Chet Brzezinski in Shelby Township, Michigan, USA. Since 1997 Chet has been involved in internet advertising and marketing. He started out as an affiliate program directory listing various programs on the internet until deciding to start his own affiliate program. In October of 1999 Chet started WebsiteSponsors.com and managed it to an outstanding program. In August of 2000, WebsiteSponsors was acquired and taken over by iBoost Technology, Inc.
